                             Sunflower Oil Type Discount Schedule

Contract Basis: 40% OIL 10% Moisture 25 lb Test Weight (NuSuns) -55%-75% Oleic 
(Standard Industry Grades)

Oil: A premium of +2% of the contract price (c/p) for each 1% over 40.0%
A discount of -2% of c/p for each 1% under 40% to 38%, -3% of c/p for each 1%
under 38.0%,- 32%, 3.5% of c/p for each 1% under 32% all percentages are prorated.

Moisture:  A discount of -2% of the contract price over 10% to 11%, -3% discount of
contract price over 11% to 12%, -4% discount of contract price each 1% over 12%,
all percentages are prorated.  Moisture levels over 12% are subject to rejection.

Test Weight: A discount of 1% of the contract price for each 0.5lb. under 25.0 lbs

FM Shrink: All foreign material is deductible as dockage. 

                                 1% for each 1% to 12% plus a 1% additional for each 1% over 12%
Heat Damage: 0.5% allowed.  A discount of 2% of the contract price
               for each 1% over 0.5% up to 5.0%, prorated if a fraction.
                Over 5.0% heat damage subject to rejection.

Regular Damage: 5.0% allowed.  A discount of 2% of the contract price for each
               1% over 5.0%, prorated if a fraction.

Infested:                 A discount of 3% of the contract price for each 1.%. No COFO seeds accepted.

Stones:                 $.05 cwt discount for 1-10 stones, $.01 cwt each 1 over 10 stones

Other:                  A discount of 2% of the contract price for any sour and/or musty,
                heating, or low quality seed and will be subject to rejection.


MOISTURE AND TEST WEIGHT RUN ON EACH LOAD BALANCE  COMPOSITES SENT TO KGIS
GRADE DETERMINATION SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THE U.S. OFFICIAL
GRADES FOR SUNFLOWER SEED STANDARDS SET FORTH BY THE FEDERAL
GRAIN INSPECTION SERVICE OF THE U.S.D.A., EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 1997.
